Packing List

Toiletries

1. Toothpaste and toothbrush
2. Shampoo and bath foam/soap
3. Comb and packets of tissue paper (preferably wet tissues)

Clothes

1. 7 sets of PE or training T-shirts
2. 7 sets of training shorts
3. 1 Long Pants/ Track Pants
4. 1-2 sets of Casual clothes (Long sleeves if you are not comfortable with cold)
5. Undergarments
6. 1 winter jacket/ sweater
7. Sleeping gear (pyjamas)
8. 6 pairs of socks
9. 2 Towels (1 for training use and 1 for washing)

Footwear

1. 2 pairs of sports shoes (good to bring 1 extra if you have)
2. Knee guards and Ankle guards

Miscellaneous

1. Pen and notebook
2. Plastic bag for soiled clothes
3. A water bottle (500 ml)
4. Snacks and refreshments (if you need)
5. Alarm clocks, torchlight, whistle, thermometer 
6. Spare pair of spectacles (if you have one)
7. 1 pair of slipper (for night use only)
8. Personal medication (please inform me if you are bringing)
9. Cleaning agent for washing of clothes (if necessary)
10. You are advised not to wear contact lenses on the trip. However, if you insist, make sure you bring enough saline solution of your own for the whole duration of the trip.

* Do not bring soft toys, electronic games etc as this will distract you from training.
